In-Class Today: 5/27

English 10-4 B/D Days, Block 2

NOTE: Check which class you are in carefully, both English 10 classes are currently NOT doing the same thing!

The following activities took place in class today:

1) Reading Rewinds for both Lord of the Flies and Anthem were reviewed.

2) Writing Journal Prompt 20 (written on the Anthem Key Facts Sheet) was a Quote of the Day activity using: "In union there is strength."~Aesop

3) Current grades for all completed elements of the Final Assessment Project were updated and reviewed.

4) The Final Exam (20% of the student's OVERALL Grade!), a Reflective Essay, was begun via an outline.
Homework due next class:
1) Complete the Reflective Essay Outline for use in writing the essay next class.
Remember, it is YOUR responsibility to see the teacher PRIOR to Advisement and arrange for a pass when you need assistance with any home/classwork.
