In-Class Today: 1/16 & 1/20

English 10-3 A/C Days, Block 4
Enlgish 10-4 B/D Days, Block 2


The following activities took place in class today:

1) Paragraph Proofreading Practice.

2) Reviewed the events (plot points) of Act I, scenes i and ii, using student responses to guided reading questions.

3) Read Act I, Scene iii of The Tragedy of Julius Caesar by William Shakespeare.

4) As a class, completed the Story Map elements covered to date inlcuding main characters, supporting characters, general and direct settings, exposition and rising action, as well as, taking notes regarding the themes and essential questions to be discussed.
Homework Due Next Class:
1) Review Act II, scene i, to be covered in next class.
Remember, it is YOUR responsibility to see the teacher PRIOR to Advisement and arrange for a pass when you need assistance with any home/classwork.
